Hey,

So it looks like you're looking for a way to lose chest fat...

Well here's the deal.  If you want to lose chest fat, it really comes down to two things.  Diet and Exercise.

And you're probably thinking that you've heard that a million times but for whatever reason, you haven't been able to get a handle on this whole chest fat thing.  So let's break it down a little bit.

You see, I've been in your shoes.  Growing up I was a bigger kid with what I thought were these ugy pieces of fat just hanging off my chest.  And after a while, I came to the determination that I finally had to make a change and a real change.

Too often did I say to myself I was going to take care of this situation only to go back to my old ways and not really make any progress like I wanted to make.

So I decided I needed to come up with a plan.  A plan that was proven to work and a plan that I could stick with.  And the first part of the plan was to alter what I was putting into my body.

Now don't think I'm going to make you go on some crash diet or anything like that.  That's not what you need to do...

You just need to slowly but surely make some significant changes that will eventually pay off huge in the way that you look and the way that you feel.

So let's dive into it.

There are two main things that you need to make changes with if you want to get rid of your chest fat and that's your fat intake and the type of carbohydrates that you eat.

You've got to learn to start cutting back on the bad fats that well... make you fat.  Now this is a process and I'm not expecting you to be perfect right away but you need to slowly but surely cut back on the foods that just aren't good for you like soda, chips, fried food, dairy products and meats.

Again, you don't need to cut them out completely but the more you do cut out and the faster you do it, the faster you'll see that chest fat just melt away.

And then there's the carbohydrates.

When it comes to your carbohydrates you want to eat what are called complex carbohydrates.  That's food like whole grains, fruits and vegetables.  Anything processed like white bread and most baked goods (pastries) are all made of stuff with a bunch of sugar and processed flour which eventually just turns into fat.

So if you really want to lose your chest fat, the first step you need to take is to start changing the foods that you eat.

But that's just the first step.
